What happened
2025 Topps Resurgence Football released on Friday, July 31, 2026. The base set runs 200 cards, split evenly between 100 veterans and 100 rookies, and every hobby box guarantees two autographs, one of them a rookie relic autograph.
Hobby boxes run 12 packs of 6 cards for $329.99. Topps also released a Mega box (6 packs of 8 cards, $59.99) and a Value Blaster (8 packs of 4 cards, $29.99), neither of which carries a guaranteed hit.
The chase names on the rookie side are Cam Ward, Travis Hunter, and Ashton Jeanty, all from the 2025 NFL Draft class. On the insert side, the set carries Electro Lights, Perfect Fits, and Wired, plus a new short print chase this year called String Theory.
Why it matters
Resurgence has settled into a real spot on the football release calendar as a chrome-forward, autograph-heavy product between the bigger flagship releases.
