Common questions

How does the free trial work?
Pro comes with a 7-day free trial. You enter a card up front, and you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before day 7 you pay nothing. One trial per customer.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, any time, from your billing portal. Billing is prorated automatically, so you never pay twice for the same period.
How do I cancel?
Open Account Settings and choose Manage Subscription to open your Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Who processes my payment?
Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers.
